Endolite India Appoints Rajendra Kumar as National Head – Sales for Pan India Growth
Endolite India Limited has announced the appointment of Rajendra Kumar as National Head – Sales (B2B & B2G), Pan India, marking a significant leadership move as the company looks to strengthen its national presence in the prosthetics and orthotics sector.
Kumar previously served as Zonal Director – North West, where he played a key role in supporting regional growth and expanding Endolite India’s market reach. His new national role will see him lead the company’s wider sales strategy across India, with a focus on building business-to-business and business-to-government partnerships.
The appointment comes as India’s rehabilitation and assistive technology sector continues to expand, driven by rising demand for prosthetic and orthotic care, improved clinical access, and growing public and private investment in disability services.
In his new position, Kumar will be responsible for strengthening dealer networks, developing clinical and institutional partnerships, and supporting growth across the company’s prosthetics and orthotics portfolio. His remit will also include expanding Endolite India’s engagement with healthcare providers, rehabilitation centres, government bodies, and other stakeholders across the country.
